講者: 龍卓華博士 Dr. Albert Lung

Dr. Albert Lung is fellow member (CS, CGP) of The Chartered Governance Institute of United Kingdom and The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute. He is the examination committee chairman of the Association of Chinese Internal Auditors, a life member of The Hong Kong Independent Non-Executive Director Association, and an associate member of The Taxation Institute of Hong Kong.

Currently, Dr. Lung is engaged in teaching two integrated courses “From IPO to Dissolution of Hong Kong Listed Companies” in The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUSCS)(www.scs.cuhk.edu.hk).
He was also appointed to teach the undergraduate to postgraduate curricula in The City University of Macau from 2013 to 2018.

Dr. Lung has been acting as an independent non-executive director of a Hong Kong GEM listed company since 2018. He was also appointed as an independent non-executive director of a Main Board listed company from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, he is the company secretary and financial controller of a Hong Kong Main Board listed company for more than six years. Dr Lung has over thirty years of experience in corporate governance, finance and accounting.
