Complete the membership application form and submit it through the online application page below.
Online application is only a preliminary step to apply for formal membership and does not confirm formal admission. The eligibility for formal membership requires approval from the board of directors. To become a formal member, please refer to the membership eligibility and application procedures below.

提交一張證件相 Submit a passport size photo |

提交一份身份證副本 Submit a copy of ID card |

提交一份履歷表 Submit a resume |

提交專業證書副本 Submit a copy of the professional certificate |

繳付會費 (普通會員為$600、聯席會員為$500) Paid the membership fee (Ordinary Member is $600, Affiliate Member is $500) |
