Online application is only a preliminary step to apply for formal membership and does not confirm formal admission. The eligibility for formal membership requires approval from the board of directors. To become a formal member, please refer to the membership eligibility and application procedures below.

提交已填妥的會員申請表

Submit a filled application form

2)

提交一張證件相

Submit a passport size photo

3)

提交一份身份證副本

Submit a copy of ID card

4)

提交一份履歷表

Submit a resume

5)

提交專業證書副本

Submit a copy of the professional certificate

6)

繳付會費 (普通會員為$600；聯席會員為$500)

Paid the membership fee (Ordinary Member is $600; Affiliate Member is $500)

備註:

所有提交的文件，必須經由註冊會計師、公證人或律師核證。

Remarks:

All documents provided must be certified by a practicing CPA, a practicing lawyer, or a practicing notary public.
