He is the vice president of the ACIA , the former president of CIMA (Hong Kong), an expert and financial expert of the Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic and Vocational Qualifications. Has more than 30 years of experience in financial management of multinational enterprises.
Dr. Chen holds a PhD in Business Administration. He is a visiting professor at Griffith University in Australia and Hang Seng University in Hong Kong.
He holds qualifications as a senior accountant in Hong Kong and Australia and a senior chartered management accountant in the UK. In the field of ESG, he holds the HKCGI CERT: ESG qualification from the Hong Kong Corporate Governance Institute and completed the ESG and Sustainable Financial Strategy executive course at Oxford University Business School.
Dr. Chen is also committed to education, accounting professional development and community service. He is currently a member of the Strategic Advisory Board of Griffith Business School and a member of the Advisory Board of the Accounting Department of City University of Hong Kong. Dr. Chen regularly participates in seminars, lectures and teaches at professional associations, universities and conferences.
