With more than 20 years experience of specializes in providing excellent accounting, secretarial, tax planning and corporate listing consulting services to many companies in mainland China and Hong Kong.
He is a fellow member of the Association of International Accountants (FAIA), Institute of Financial Accountants (FFA), Institute of Public Accountant (FIPA), Association of Chinese Internal Auditors (ACIA), and The Taxation Institute of Hong Kong (FTIHK). He also served as a consultant accountant to the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government.
Li holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Wales in the UK and a Hong Kong law certificate. He has worked in a well-known large accounting firm and a number of listed companies, and has a deep understanding and application ability of Hong Kong's listing laws and regulations.
