Mr. Tsui is currently public accountant (practicing) in Hong Kong and running his own accounting firm, specializing in auditing, tax planning and financial consultant for more than 200 clients in Hong Kong, China and Europe of various industries including trading, manufacturing and servicing industries.
He has more than 30 years of accounting, finance and auditing solid experience in Hong Kong and China, acquired valuable knowledge and experience in handling China clients under different culture, legal and tax regiment.
He obtained the Diploma in Management Studies and Master of Professional Accounting in the Hong Kong Polytechnics University and became a member of Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and Taxation Institute of Hong Kong. He obtained Doctor of Philosophy and Business Administration of Bulacan State University (Philippine).
